2009 would have been the best. Utah and Oregon State aren't
brand name teams, but both were ranked at the time. And Utah was still MWC at the time. I don't think anyone has beaten two blue blood programs back to back until now but probably because the scheduling has never or rarely allowed it, not necessarily because they weren't capable.
