If the original call on the field had been that he was forced out, I cld see it

But the closest ref on the play clearly called ineligible receiver and illegal touching. That's what frustrates me the most. The refs away from the play changed the call on the field and that changes the nature of the review. If the call on the field remained no TD, there is no way the review overturns it.

The ref threw a flag and his hat on the ground which would indicate illegal
