Well....the Rams game, I believe, is really the only "throw away game" that the Saints will concede.

The game plan for the Rams was a game plan made specifically to be carried out with Brees as the QB. Plays, strengths, arm, etc...for Brees. TB was in there trying to be Brees for that game plan. Not ideal.

So, this next week will see a game plan specifically made for Not Ready Teddy. His strengths, the new things that he can bring that Brees doesn't (and I suspect a bit of plays like roll outs, and plays where he can run if he wants mixed in ...thinking ahead if Taysom gets in). IF...TB can't get the job done, then I think Taysom comes in the second half...oooooor perhaps start the next game. Maybe they give TB the whole next game to get in rhythm if he can...if not, TB becomes the game manager behind the next starting QB, Taysom Hill til Brees gets back.
