They gave me a reasonable quote on a minor fender-bender, but it took nearly 5 months to repair. When the repair was completed, they had painted the bumper a completely different color than the original (not even the wrong shade, but a completely different color.) They re-painted it, which somehow required another 3 weeks.

It was insanely frustrating dealing with Cascade and they blamed every delay (like ordering the wrong part literally 3 times) on somebody else, when it was clear which party was the incompetent one.

This was 5 or 6 years ago, but I cannot not-recommend Cascade enough.
