Interesting topic for me. I remember the bowl game between these two teams.
I looked it up - 2001. Back then I had never lived in Utah (except as a BYU student) and I rooted for the Utes to beat USC. Now, after living in Utah for a few years, I would love to see the Yewts get curb-stomped.
Isn't that supposed to go the other way? Don't people generally root for the local team?
