This is where BYU has been lacking for a few years. Here are my thoughts.

Wilson. Early in the game he was shoved while out of bounds and he got right back in the safety’s face and shoved him back. Didn’t lose his cool but didn’t back down.

Simon. So far he’s shown a new and more fierce personality on the field this season. He’s giving it back to the CBs and getting open.

Williams. He’s the alpha dog on O. No question.

Romney. Has shown some toughness I didn’t see last year.

O-line. I’m thinking of the UT push into the end zone. Haven’t watched them closely enough to know who stands out but they seem more determined this year.

Bushman. Um, never mind. Not so much. He needs to step it up. Pitta did it, Harline did it, he can do it too.
