I've known cousins and friends of performers that get tickets annually because Jimmy plays the bassoon and they sell them half of the time. I don't believe that's the intent of holding the Christmas concert. Based on anecdotal evidence, the quantity supplied to performers and insiders needs to be dialed back to shift the volume to attendees that go through the regular process.
