Regarding your first sentence.
You said, "I don't know if KS is a good coach or not or if he is improving significantly or not." Ummmm, we do know that he's improving. He was hamstrung with a bad staff on offense that showed it's shortcomings in 2017. He went out and got a bunch of coaches who are motivated and are career college coaches. Not like the previous staff, none of which are currently coaching in college. Which says a ton about the caliber of coaches we had. So 2018 we have some great coaches, but many of whom are new to that level. New OC and new wr coach at FBS level. Huge upgrade at RB coach. A dedicated QB coach, and a great OL coach. They had some growing pains last year. Especially due to the youth we had on the team. So many freshman were relied upon. And even despite all that, we improved and made it to a bowl game. He's focused on recruiting and getting depth for our trenches and it's finally coming to fruition.

So here we are in 2019. Those coaches are more experienced on offense and have more leadership and experience in the ranks to lean on. We are 2-1 three games in when many thought we'd be 0-3. We were not favored in any of the games we've played (I don't care if you want to claim they were bad teams, we won when we shouldn't have). Our offense is looking much better. The team is playing better. We had our first victory at home against a ranked PAC12 opponent since 2009 and only our 3rd victory at home against a ranked team in 10 years. That's improvement. If people can't at least see that Kalani is improving and that this team is trending in a good direction, then you are willfully blind to the situation.
