Oregon, Utah, and USC would all have 1 loss and would all in theory be ranked. WSU, ASU, and Cal may end up being decent opponents as well, but I still suspect that a 1 loss PAC team doesn't make it in. Between the SEC and Clemson you have 2-3 guaranteed playoff spots. Ohio State and Oklahoma both are looking like the top candidates, and if either of them finish with 1 loss the PAC wouldn't have even a slight chance to make it in.
