Last night in the Herriman vs. Bingham game the Bingham QB went down... hard (video is floating around social media). When he got up he was walking around dazed and ended up collapsing while he was being escorted to the sidelines.

Some of the rumors I heard today included "Broken Neck", "Cracked Neck", "Can't feel his hands", "paralyzed"... Typical HS (and HS parents) rumor mill.

Somebody that spoke to the boy's dad just posted on facebook saying that the MRI looked good, No structural damage was found, nasty concussion, but they hope he is released from the hospital today.

Sometimes this is a frightening sport. Prayers sent to the kid and his family for a speedy recovery.
