6pm kick on a Friday is horrible in LA. When I lived in LA that would take
Me over an hour to get to with traffic and I still lived in LA proper, about 12 miles away.
Anybody who works any real distance away would have to take a half day, which only the die hards would do for what they thought was a mediocre team.
