I’d add sloppy elementary plays. Ones a coach can’t teach, but are instincts.

Yeah because we showed the blitz for about 20 seconds before the play. He's just in over his head.

UGH.... he blitzed a fair amount, got burned for a TD... he played several different fronts... didn't work

I agree with this completely, but because of the lack of talent you have to disguise, confuse and blitz early and often
