Maybe it will open up other doors he might not have pursued otherwise.
Focus on his degree and graduating all the while rehabbing his knee.
Come back next fall healthy with a medical hardship and make one more push for the NFL.
I feel terrible for him. After everything he’s been through it has to be devastating. Fortunately he has a great family that’ll support him.
