Not exactly.
ESPN3 is free if you have certain cable providers (Comcast, etc). It’s included with your internet package, not your cable/satellite TV package.

I've never used ESPN3 or ESPN+, although evidently I have ESPN3 with my SlingTV

ESPN3 is free with ESPN, ESPN+ is not. It's a $5 addon.

Sometimes it's included with your TV package. It's a mixed bag.

It can be both or either. ESPN3 is included with PSVue. ISP irrelevant.

No. ESPN+ is different from ESPN 3. You'll have to subscribe separately
