That's not unique to BYU, that is sports.
Every match up is different. Every team has different strengths and weaknesses and they can all match up differently depending on who they play.
I mean, look at Clemson. They were considered the best team in the country and they baaaarely beat UNC due to a failed 2 pt conversion.
Every team has their ups and downs. It's not just a BYU thing despite what CB tries to perpetuate.
