He'll be working on long rest vs. Scherzer's shorter rest. It was widely reported that Scherzer was stiff/sore/hurting after game 4. Cards hit Scherzer well in the 2 regular season games. Washington struggled to hit off Wainwright in his 2 starts vs them during the regular season. While Scherzer has pitched really well in the post season so far, Wainwright has pitched better.

As far as Flaherty/Strasburg, you can pick stats that say either one is better than the other, but I think you have to give the slight edge to Strasburg in game 3 solely due to his experience.
