I disagree with this. Suppose they get rid of Grimes and hand the offense over to ARod
And then BYU looks a little better against the back half of the schedule, and ARod gets the credit. And then we blame Grimes (not Holmoe/Sitake) and ARod becomes the OC.
Finish the season with the current staff, but spend November behind the scenes getting the right coaches lined up.
