BI companies struggle in part because their own value proposition relies on so many moving parts. You could have a customer with a dozen different programs they want to integrate into DOMO, and if even one of the connections doesn’t work well for whatever reason (not all integrations are equally strong, some very weak and limited in the data they can push through via API), their entire vision behind purchasing a BI dashboard could fail. Most BI companies struggle with maintaining customers for that reason.
