I have liked TH but the KS hire is a head scratcher. It might be that there were too few of options but..........
Executive type hiring is usually preceded by a strength and weakeness analysis, and actionable goal alignment and then a candidate fit analysis.
BYU needs a coach who will recruit and implement a system that is based on discpline and execution over the flashy undiscplined high school talent that may or may not grow beyond 12th grade athleticism.
They also need to go talk to Lance reynolds Sr. about who would make a good fit as a lineman coach as it seems our O and D lines have fallen to peices since his departure!
