Coaching stinks - there is limited depth & talent - team resources (recruiting, meals, etc) are limited - exhibition schedules stink - bad losses stink - etc, etc, etc.

It seems like it is time to blow all of it up and start over.

Because UMASS, Toledo, and USF are not in the MWC. That eliminates losses.
