I used to live in Sugar Land. I live in Missouri City now.
Not a bad place. Schools are fine, wards are fine...I don't know about giving you more of a small-town feel. Maybe 10 years ago, but everything out this way just keeps growing. You can BM me with any specific questions you might have.
