Weakness is the weakness. 3 of the 4 losses are due to fading in the 3rd and 4th quarter. Even our wins are nail biters where we fade a bit in the end.

Maybe work ethic is on the head man but you have got to wonder what is happening to our guys energy?

I accept that S & C isn’t a today fix but c’mon, it’s got to be a big part of it.
