With all the vitriol aimed Coach Sitake and his staff lately (so in three weeks they morphed from amazing coaches to louses but that is a different post), some friends and I thought a few worthwhile thoughts, things we could play along with as a group to make this time go by quickly:

1. The anonymous play card.

Yeah, I love this one. Some of you spew almost hatred out of the comfort of your quiet laptop over in Adobe; or the family room at your home, all in the comfort of knowing you don't have to say something to the faces of Sitake, or Lamb, or Grimes, etc. It can all be fake. Sign your names with phone numbers and we will make an appointment for you to meet 1;1 with the coach of your choice. Good luck!

2. Let us all play along.

I think we should get the Top Ten Haters and have CB follow them around; measure their performance and then at the end of the year, after we have publicly shamed and humiliated them in front of their wife and kids, we clamor for their firing. Sounds fun!

3. Beggars can't be choosers.

I like this one too. I have been fortunate to be able to donate over the past 30 years. I know my peers and they aren't on here banging on the keyboard. They know I am here. We talk about it and the most frustrating thing is: the guys who whine the most, do not donate a dime to BYU. The guys screaming about certain plays: they never played a down of football or a half of basketball.

It's great to be a fan. It's great to have an opinion. Just try to employ perspective.
