And thought finally seeing and adult John Connor fighting the war against Skynet would be great, but I really didn’t like the story, hated the Kyle Reese character, and I didn’t really care for Christian Bale’s portrayal/acting. I also hated how John Connor basically sacrificed everything about his cause so his father could survive and he could be born (I know that the whole crux of the series is based on the saving John or his mother so he can lead defeat skynet in the end) it just seemed super self serving (and not like true leader who would lead/could lead others to greatness) to have him basically sacrifice everything and everyone else to save himself (in a round about way).

Genisys, I had zero expectations for, in fact I though it would be terrible, just randomly ended up streaming it a few years after it came out and I came away entertained, which was more than I was expecting.
