I normally would agree... but at this point the issues aren't player related...

or lack of players available due to missions.... we have a pretty talented team right now, minus a couple of positions... and our problems are pretty obviously coaching. It looks as bad as Crowtons teams were... It's pretty obvious a coaching issue at this point.
