it's entirely true.
His wife and my wife are best friends. They moved from Salt Lake to the Dallas area a few years back, but we still keep in touch with them. We go on vacations together and have visited each other at Christmas. His wife is actually in my house right now after sleeping here last night. She works with my wife and they flew back here together after being in San Jose all week. She'll spend the weekend with us before flying back to her family on Sunday before the Eagles-Cowboys game starts, thankfully. They're all Cowboy fans and I can't have that in my house while the two teams play.

Anyway, I know the family extremely well. She has RA and has had two bouts of cancer. She is on all sorts of prescription medication and is very lackadaisical about it. Her husband is the opposite. He rarely takes any medicine of any kind, but was somehow convinced by a doctor to take something for weight loss. It turns out that the drug is also used to treat symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.

The guy is about as squeaky clean as they come. No one who works with him believes he'd ever take any illegal drugs. He works for a big oil company and HR is very separated from his department. THey dont' know him. All they know is the result of a test. I guess the story sounds fishy if you don't know the guy. I'd bet my life on his honesty in regard to this.
