They aren't so bad..
I started the thread teasing them and though it triggered a few of them many have taken it as good natured ribbing. The only one who seems nasty is Bountifulcoug. (relentlessly insulting, but hey Bountiful)
On the whole BYU fans are tolerable if you can shrug off the inevitable "We are better human beings than you" insults.
Unfortunately insults like that seem to be the most difficult for the average person. I wonder if that is why they feel so persecuted?
As for the preseason smack. Hey, fanboards are for smack. And the hate isn't really meant to be hateful, they really think they are better than the rest of us.
