He's a homegrown player, came up through the program. This is his dream job. I'm sure he's already had and declined multiple P5 offers. He may take the right one someday, like Peterson, but not any time soon.
And when he does, it's likely that he's replaced by Kellen Moore, who would also be a great coach.
