The game I watched last night, they seemed focused-ready-to-play.
This seems like a pretty small issue.
The players walk to the stadium before the game. Fans can go cheer them or high-five them as they walk.
I don't want anyone telling them they have to walk a certain way. I want them focused on getting ready for the game. If they get ready by listening to music on their headphones and ignoring everything going on around them, GREAT! If they get ready by getting hyped up from interacting with fans, high-fiving, etc., GREAT!
