when I look at a Facebook post I posted it in. With YouTube if you use Copyrighted footage, usually that just means that you can't monetize the video, but the copyright holder can earn money off your video, so I don't see why they would take it down as it could be a source of revenue to them. Also, seeing that it's a parody video and I'm not earning any money off it, it should be covered under fair use.
