Are we sure about that? It's really just a guess when determining whether

A team "will" move the needle when becoming P5, but once you become P5 the whole program changes quite a bit. I'd guess that most of the PAC 12 wouldn't really move the needle any more than most G5 teams if those PAC 12 teams became G5. Obviously BYU moves the needle more than most the PAC 12 without being a P5. Maybe Boise, SDSU, or UNLV?
