This is an important point. It would be very surprising if either Romney or Hall look as good this week as they did in
their first games.
Of course, USU has had to prepare for both of them this week, so that effect might be diminished a little. But often a young QB who looks really good in his first start doesn't look very good at all in his second start. (We did that to the USC QB earlier this year, in fact.)
