I remember it being behind the information desk in the Wilk

The information desk was near the front doors, and behind the desk was a tall wall. Behind that wall, there was a little walkway that took you towards the veterans lounge. There were also some bathrooms back there if I remember. The wheel was in a display case in that walkway.
