All three are very good QBs and they have different skill sets.
If all three were healthy today I’d probably choose Wilson but it’s a much slimmer margin than I would have thought at the beginning of the season. Wilson seems the most natural leader and in my opinion has the best arm of the three.
I’m not going to worry about possible transfers at this point. It will be interesting to see how Hall’s injury plays out. I think there’s a possibility he winds up a baseball player, which would be disappointing because he seems like he could do great things as a QB. His athleticism is a huge advantage.
Romney seems so cool under pressure and has made really instinctive, clutch plays you’d normally only see with an upperclassman. He’s shown a great touch and accuracy with his throws also.
It’s been kind of strange to watch these games and feel like there’s no drop off when the next QB has to come in.
You’re right, we don’t know if all three will be suiting up for the Cougs next fall, but it’s a problem a lot of programs wish they had.
