Really - that's the whole question. Would you rather Utah go to the NCAA Playoffs, or would you rather they get left out and go to the Rose Bowl.

So - we're assuming that Utah wins out and then beats Oregon in the PAC12 Conference game. This morning on the radio, PK was saying that if he was a Utah fan, he'd rather go to the Rose Bowl with a chance to win in Pasadena (much easier travel, closer to home, better date for the game) than go to the Playoffs for the chance to be #4 and lose to the #1 seed in Atlanta.

His argument wasn't just about having a better chance to win the game, and being closer and a better date for fans to get to it, but also that because Utah has never been to the Rose Bowl, this would be a special first trip and much more memorable than going to a playoff game.

And...since there's enough Utah fans here that I know they'll respond, I'll throw in some answer for them too!
