those teams competitively, Utah would squeak in as a controversial 4th seed and play the best team in the country. That would be awesome...but too much to overcome.

I think Utah would likely beat anyone not named Ohio State playing in the Rose Bowl and would probably win by more than a TD against anyone other than Penn State.
