Perhaps particularly to the many of us who grew up and spent our lives outside the Salt Lake Valley. But that is something most of you Utes have demonstrated an inability to comprehend. Most of you come here to simply gloat over something as trivial as having a better football coach and team. I just shake my head at the dumb yewt who prides himself--even though "active" LDS--on never having rooted for his Church's university. I mean, good for him?

No, we don't have as much in common as you want to believe. This isn't just a (State of) Utah sports board, or a Jazz board, or a LDS board. So yeah, I wish most of you would take your cheap shots at BYU or gloating over its occasional failures somewhere else. But I know that's not going to happen.
