Knowing what to do and demonstrating it to your teenage daughter...
are two different things. Girls probably about twelve so whether it’s 2019 or not SHE isn’t going to want this to be a daddy/daughter moment.
Fortunately if they’re LDS there are a lot of options for females he can contact for assistance so that it won’t be a humiliating experience for her having her dad explain things to her.
