Not when you drop 8 against a team whose QB can't throw the ball. That is all
on the coaching.
Also, almost every single player in the NFL was underutilized at BYU. Langi, Warner, Takitaki. I don't know if Davis was the problem himself, but coaches certainly couldn't get to him to motivate him. Dayan has moved positions about 4 times.
