Not in work, not in sports either. Personally I don't subscribe to the idea that win is a win if you fail to perform anywhere close to your potential.
Winning a close game is great to me if the opponent is good or if we play well. If somebody on my team significantly under performs then we fire them. If a football team or a basketball team that I follow significantly under performs then obviously I can't fire them but I do not really enjoy watching poor performance.
