even if they meet the bankruptcy deadline, the amount of money they’ll need to spend to modernize their infrastructure
is so huge that it’s hard to imagine them doing it before another wildfire knocks them out of business again.
I think odds are good that it’ll become a government run utility within the next 3 years.
