The announcers on a basketball game I was watching said that when
Kentucky cheats, the NCAA punishes Cleveland State
That is how this kind of thing goes. The BYUs of the world get tough punishments when other schools get away with it. It seems when a big time power gets caught cheating, they lower the ax on a non-power school to show they have the power

That's nice, but nothing is going to change. The only way BYU could have gotten Yoeli a lesser punishment...
