the "measurables" as they call them, because they think they can teach the other things but cannot teach arm strength or height or most other physical attributes. And I agree with them that they can't teach physical attributes so I get that but I disagree that they can teach the other things, like touch and accuracy as well as vision and decision making.

Vision especially is an underrated attribute and one that is hard to measure.
