Nah, tie benefits SF. I'd have done everything I could to avoid a loss in that
situation. Run on first, let the clock run a bit. Throw second. If first, then you can air it out with about 40 seconds left. If you don't, then you can run on 3rd, might get a first, but if not then let the clock run. Tie game, you still have 2 games on Seattle for the division.
