nudity isnt a very good idea for many people. (exception being the very attractive group of Russian women this past year in Portugal who felt the need to get undressed by my wife and I. My wife just rolled her eyes and said "well I guess its your lucky day")

But anyway, not an expert, but more of an amateur. Its definitely NOT something that I'd be advocating for more of..........
