These threads always crack me up. The amount of misinformation out there about Chick-fil-A is vast.
An Owner/Operator making 300k is below average for Chick-fil-A, and they definitely aren't employees. Most only spend a handful of hours in their restaurants a week, but they will spend a lot of time in the community and with their leaders. Chick-fil-A does a great job of finding people that aren't in it for the money, and that align with their values of of community and people development.
The franchise fee is $10,000 not $7,000 by the way.
