PJ isnt even in the same realm
PJ doesn't have to deal with recruiting restrictions, or missions, or lack of funding. He was a HC before, coached in the NFL. Not to mention he gets paid about 3 times what Kalani does AND is in a P5 conference.
I dont necessarily disagree with your take, its just not apples to apples to compare Kalani and PJ.
