I don't really care as long as the O looks better on the field but
from simply an organizational perspective, if suddenly one of my staff members, being paid far less than me, was given my job responsibilities by my boss, and was calling the shots, I would be gone in a week. I wouldn't be sitting around taking direction from someone under me. IOW, I would NOT be ok with that.
