Sure the tackle was hard, but the ref wasn't reaching for his flag at that point. Rudolph literally has Garrett's helmet up over his ears before Garrett takes a liking to Rudolph's helmet. Then when he gets it Rudolph gets all big with his line-men in Garrett's face.

I think that Garrett should be punished, but here are mitigating circumstances here. It is like with Pouncey, he had mitigating circumstances where he is literally kicking Garrett in the head. IMHO much more dangerous than a swinging helmet.

If Garrett gets suspended for hitting someone with a helmet then Pouncey should have the same punishment for kicking someone in the head who is on the ground being held by his teammate.
