wealthy. We can't afford to buy bottled water for everyone, esp. on a very hot day when one isn't going to cut it. So we bring empty ones and fill them up. Then I have to walk back down or to the west side to refill if it doesn't last. There's at least one drinking fountain on the upper level on the west side. I just find it stupid. I was excited about the bathrooms and just thought there would be drinking fountains too. Silly me.
